Where we meet
Tours start in the center of town at our meeting point: 6 Standish Street, right next to Art's Dune Tours
This ride is more challenging that you’d expect, with some very steep hills along the trail. This isn’t suitable for child trailers or children under age 12.
It can get really hot and sunny riding through the dunes and there is little shade. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and lots of energy! Don’t forget your camera!
Construction Note: The Cape Cod National Seashore is in the process of reconstructing a parking lot and a new bike path at Herring Cove Beach. Due to delays caused by the federal government shutdown this winter, the project is not expected to be complete until Fall 2019. During construction, our tour route will vary depending on access to the trailheads.
E-bike Note: The Cape Cod National Seashore considers e-bikes to be motor vehicles, so they are not allowed on any of the bike trails. Pedal Ptown does not rent e-bikes for the Seashore Adventure Tour.
