Learn to Ride
Private, 1-hour class. Outdoors on-bike, in a parking lot, and on-street.
If you have a driver’s license, you already know most of the rules of the road.

We’ll also talk about all the things that “get in the way” when you’re riding down the street:
Dogs on long leashes,
People taking pictures,
Giant trucks with gigantic mirrors.
And we’ll cover the behaviors that often cause folks resent those of us on bikes:
Riding on the sidewalk,
Riding on the wrong side of the street,
Riding the wrong way on one-way streets,
Riding too fast,
Riding without lights at night.
You’ll get a take-home cheat sheet, a fun quiz on bike safety, and build your confidence to ride on your own!
What To Bring
To get the most out of this class, you’ll need:
Your bike (and a helmet for anyone 16 or under)
Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes,
Enthusiasm to learn!
