We’ve made some updates for the 2017 version of the “Provincetown Bicycle Map & Safety Guide”, which is a double-sided four-fold brochure that gets printed annually by the Bicycle Committee and distributed for free throughout town. This year we added information about the bike parking regulations and the QR code link to the online bike rack map. The entire brochure was redesigned in 2016 with a new map, fantastic new cover art by Brendan Michael, and revised text.
It contains a map of town with the locations of bike racks, bike shops, and restrooms; the Seashore bike path map; local traffic laws; and bike safety tips. This year we printed 25,000 copies.
You can always find copies of the brochure at the information desk in the foyer of Town Hall, at the Chamber of Commerce information center in Lopes Square, and at the Tourism Office at the corner of Commercial St. and Freeman St. They are also distributed at the five bike shops, inns, and coffee shops.
